Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the houme iOS app (the "App"), operated by houme by Alex Khomich ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Subscription

houme Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that costs USD 9 per month (or the local equivalent set by the App Store) and is billed through your Apple ID at the start of each period.

• You may cancel anytime in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free generations available before subscription do not roll over.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, sexually explicit content, or content that violates the rights or dignity of any person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use the App if you are under the age of 13.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal use; we do not claim ownership over them. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any photo you submit.

5. Disclaimer

The App and any AI-generated content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated images are illustrative concepts and may not reflect achievable real-world results, accurate measurements, or product availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
